We are a 150 unit, high-rise building located in the heart of Bristol, VA. The property consists of 141 one-bedroom units and 9 two-bedroom units of which 18 are retrofitted for disabled residents. The management staff includes: a Manager, Assistant manager, on-site Night Manager, and Maintenance Technicians.

Unit amenities include: refrigerator, range, HVAC, water heater, emergency cords in the bedroom and bath and monitored smoke detectors in each unit. Building amenities include: On-Site Laundry Room,  Multi-Purpose Room for resident activities and private use; Game Room with large screen TV, Telesensory Machine for those residents who need visual assistance; a Waiting Room; and Keyed Entry System after 7:00 p.m. City Bus service is available from Piedmont Avenue entrance of the building.  The building is within walking distance of the Public Library and the downtown area.

Resident activities: Bingo twice a month, Pot Luck once a month, Prayer Meeting twice a month, and several special activities for most holidays.
